SpeakEasy Dc approached me to create a poster for a concert at the Atlas Theater in Washington D.C. Go-go is a popular music genre that originated in the Washington, D.C., area during the mid-1960s to late-'70s. I wanted to stay true to the past culture of old Go-Go posters that would be found throughout street corners around D.C.
